    Somatic Breathwork

    Retrain Your Nervous System.
    One Breath At A Time.

Somatic breathwork creates the space to feel what you've been avoiding, release what your body has been holding, and rewire how you respond to stress, conflict, and intimacy.

Why You Can't Just Think or Talk Your Way Through This

Maybe you've tried to understand your patterns, talk about your trauma, or even have insights about why you react the way you do.

    And yet your body still:

    Tightens when someone criticizes you

Shuts down when conflict or anxiety arises

Holds tension you can't seem to release

Goes into fight, flight, or freeze before you can even think

That's not a character flaw. That's stored activation.

Our nervous systems are often holding years of unprocessed stress, undigested emotions, and incomplete survival responses.

    Talk therapy

Helps you understand which rocks are in the backpack and where they came from.

    Breathwork

Helps you actually put the rocks down.

Creating Space To Feel In Order To Heal

Somatic breathwork uses specific yet simple breathing patterns to:

    Regulate your nervous system

Shift from sympathetic activation (fight/flight) or dorsal shutdown (freeze) into a state where your body feels safe enough to process what it's been holding.

    Access stored emotions

Bypass your thinking brain and go directly to where trauma and stress live: in your body. Emotions that have been suppressed for years can finally surface, complete, and be released.

    Release physical tension

Your body stores stress as tension. Breathwork creates the physiological conditions for that tension to discharge through shaking, heat, tears, sound, or movement.

    Rewire automatic responses

When your nervous system learns it can handle intensity without shutting down or exploding, your default reactions start to shift. You become less reactive, more present.

This isn't just relaxation. This is regulation and realization.

Not feeling better for a few hours. Actually changing how your body responds to stress at the physiological level.

    Two Types of Breathwork Sessions

Choose the depth that matches where you are

    Reset Session

    45–60 minutes

A deep breathwork designed to discharge built-up stress and tension from your week, your month, your year.

    When to use it:

    • After a particularly stressful period
    • When you feel disconnected from your body
    • Before starting something new (job, relationship, project)
    • When you need to let go of something you've been carrying

You leave feeling lighter, clearer, more alive.

    $100

    Journey Session

    90 minutes

A full somatic journey where we go deep. This is where profound emotional release, trauma processing, and nervous system recalibration happen.

    When to use it:

    • When you're ready to work with old trauma
    • After working with psychedelics (Integration)
    • When you keep hitting the same pattern and can't break through
    • When you're ready to feel what you've been avoiding

Rewires how your nervous system responds to triggering situations.

    $125

This is trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed work. Not woo-woo. Not bypassing. Not catharsis for catharsis's sake.

I'm a certified Soma+IQ Breathwork practitioner, one of the leading trauma-informed somatic breathwork training programs. Their approach is:

    Rooted in neuroscience

    Trauma-informed (creating safety, not re-traumatization)

My approach integrates Soma+IQ's breathwork methodology with:

    • Somatic Parts Work — working with parts that hold trauma

    • Nervous system regulation — Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing

    Is This Right For You?

This work is for you if:

    • You've understood more about your patterns, but still struggle to change them
    • You're tired of your body hijacking you when you're triggered
    • You want to stop reacting defensively, shutting down, or people-pleasing
    • You're ready to actually feel what you've been avoiding
    • You want nervous system regulation, not just relaxation
    • You've had plant medicine experiences and need help integrating them into daily life
    • You want nervous system regulation, not just relaxation

This might not be right if:

    • You're not ready to feel difficult emotions (this creates space for what's been stored)
    • You're in active crisis (stabilization first, then breathwork)
    • You have certain medical conditions (uncontrolled heart conditions, severe asthma, active pregnancy, etc.)

    Safety first. Always.

Breathwork is powerful. We work within your capacity. We go at your pace.
